Meet the Urban Tails Waggin' Crew!
Rebecca Lawstuen, OwnerI grew up on a small dairy farm in southeastern Minnesota. I feel as if I learned animal care-giving along with my abc's. I graduated from U of MN with a BA in Psychology and Music and spent 15 years trying to work my way up the corporate ladder, but not being very happy. The call to return to my "roots" so to speak was too strong. The urging of more "mommy time" from my dogs, Beren & Lola, was heard loud and clear. I pursued my long time passion of working with animals and haven't turned back. Urban Tails Waggin' began in 2007 as a dream to bring happiness to as many animals as possible, while bringing a sense of peace to owners who are trying to balance work and family time.
Now, every day that I return home from walking or visiting with animals, my Beren and Lola are waiting excitedly for their turn to walk and play. The look in their eyes tell me I have all I need to be successful and happy, right now, right here.

Tess Keen - St.Paul / Minneapolis Areas
Tess has 3 furry canine kids and 1 feline kid of her own at home. Abby, Angie Samantha, and Topaz (the kitty). Her life is always a 3-ring circus and she wouldn't have it any other way. She has been active in animal rescue for over 3 years and has fostered over 30 puppies for Safe Hands Animal Rescue in Minneapolis. She has also worked as an assistant dog trainer and has extensive knowledge of pet products. She has a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Arts, but has always known that her place is working with animals.
