Urban Tails Waggin', LLC is a professional dog walking and pet sitting service.
We are insured, bonded, certified in pet first aid, and registered with the State of Minnesota.
UTW is also a proud member of PSI-Professional Pet Sitters International and Professional Pet Sitters of Minnesota Associations.
We collect Minnesota Sales Tax on all services rendered.
Current Minneapolis Sales Tax: 7.775%
Current St.Paul Sales Tax: 7.625%
Free Consultation - Required before start of any service
UTW will come to your home for a 30 minute visit to get to know you and your PUP or KAT.
We will discuss your needs, expectations, and scheduling.
Service agreement and key exchange will be done at this time.
UTW takes pride in providing the best service for you and your animal. Please be as specific as possible on diet requirements, daily exercise needs, personality traits, training needs and knowledge.
Holiday Surcharges:
Flat fee of $10 added to total charge of service for the following holidays:
New Years Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
Payments:
Payments for services rendered by UTW are due at the beginning of each service.
UTW accepts weekly or monthly payments by check or cash.
Returned checks will incur a handling fee of $30.
Cancellations:
UTW goal is to be as flexible and understanding as possible.
Please advise by 8am of the scheduled daily visit in order to not be charged.
Holiday sits canceled less than 7 days in advance will be charged full rate.
Last Minute Requests:
UTW will always do our best to fit in all last minute requests.
UTW may charge a $10 Last Minute Fee to cover any schedule conflicts in order to meet these requests.
Weather Policy:
UTW reserves the right to refrain from walking in unsafe weather conditions for the safety of animal and UTW representative. This includes thunderstorms with lightening, rainstorms, temperatures in high 90's or below 0 wind chills. Visit times will remain the same and include potty breaks, but will return indoors for safety.
